We guarantee to get your vivarium order to you within 3 weeks or we will discount your order by 10% (*terms & conditions apply). Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will contact you to give you a delivery date.We will give you as much notice as we can so that you can arrange for someone to be available to receive the delivery. It is vital that you check the item fully before accepting your delivery as due to the nature of transporting long distances, damages in transit can occur and it is important that you are happy with the condition of the goods before you sign for receipt of your order. Please do not let the driver leave until you have opened the packaging and checked for damage to either the glass or the unit itself. Signing for your delivery is accepting the item in the condition in which it has been received. If, in the unlikely event your item(s) arrived damaged or not in the condition that you would expect, please notify the driver and refuse delivery so that the item can be bought back for inspection. We will then dispatch another unit as fast as we possibly can. Your statutory rights are not effected.

Collection in person

We do accept collection in person in some circumstances. This is for example, if you have placed an order for a large number of items and you wish to arrange your own transport or if you live locally to our production facilities in Honiton, Devon. This is strictly by prior arrangement only and we would ask that you contact us before you place your order.
